Breakfast is always included in the room rate, whatever the season.
Breakfast is served on the veranda, in the garden, on the roof terrace or in your room, from 8am to 10:30am.

Table d’hôtes
The art of living at Villa du Roc Fleuri also includes a delicious table d’hôtes. On request, the owner of the guest house in Cannes will be delighted to concoct typical Nice dishes, Mediterranean specialties and original creations that combine mint, lemon, garlic and basil, among other ingredients.
Discerning taste buds have already succumbed to Lotte à la niçoise, Tarte aux 2 saumons and Linguine aux langoustines…
But Fanny saves the best for last. Soufflé au Grand Marnier et au chocolat, Tarte Tatin de sa maman or Crumble de fruits are just the beginning of a gourmet and refined dessert menu. Enjoy your meal.
Book 48 hours in advance, Monday to Friday, evenings only. The price is €25 per person.
Opening hours
Morning departures are between 8 and 11 am.
Arrivals are in the evening from 5 pm to 10 pm. For other times, please request in advance.
Residing at the villa, Fanny is available on request to assist guests with late arrivals. The owner is happy to look after guests’ luggage on the day of their arrival, or after they leave the villa if they wish to enjoy their day in Cannes with a light mind.
Pets
Already equipped with its adorable 4-legged mascot (Peps), the Villa gladly accepts pets (cats, dogs).

Babies and extra beds
Upon request at the time of booking, suite n°1, suite n°2 and room n°3 can be equipped with an umbrella bed for parents traveling with their baby(s).
Upon request in advance, an extra bed for children or adults can be provided at an additional cost.
Transport
For unrestricted travel in Cannes, Antibes, Juan les Pins, Monaco, Nice, Saint-Tropez…, the maison d’hotes offers chauffeur-driven car rental through AZUR VTC. This service can transport up to 8 people.
Rates are very competitive with a cab, the quality of service is outstanding, and the telephone service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Privatization
Would you like to privatize the entire villa? For a stay with family or friends, a wedding, a birthday, a team-building event, a seminar, a training course or a meeting, the Cannes guest house will be entirely dedicated to you, and breakfast service will be provided.

Each suite offers the comfort of a private terrace, and all rooms and suites have access to the large terrace, garden and relaxation areas around the guesthouse.
